Tesco in the lead up to Christmas has been great offers on essentials 15p vegetables and the staff have been in full spirit. Santa there for the kids and festive cheer all around the store Well done you've won me back from the likes of lidl

Tesco Farnworth has gone downhill in the last 6 months. Empty shelves including milk and other basics. Staff stacking shelves are standing around chatting and lots of racks lying about the store. If you need help at the self-service tills you will need to wait until the two female members of staff stop chatting about their lives. This store had such high standards when it first opened sad to see how much it has gone downhill

We drove Here for breakfast, walked into the cafe, asked for 2 vegan breakfast, was told that they have vegetarian breakfast and that she hadn't been on the shop floor, it was 8.29 am. So I said we are vegan and she repeated that she only had vegetarian. So we left to find a different Tesco.

Assaulted by the black security guard on the way out, wasn't just me either, he then did the same to three other males behind me, he grabbed my arm then searched my bag which is assault as there was no probable cause nor remotely anything close to me looking like a thief and the bag was literally transparent so he could see what was inside it to begin with (a large bottle of water I came in with). Also I went into the pharmacy a couple of weeks ago, they only had half of my medicine (it's a class B drug unless prescribed) they said they can give me half of the prescription but wouldn't be able to give me the other half if I took it. Which isn't how that works. You are supposed to get a slip saying the pharmacy owes you the other half of the script - which they didn't - which is quite frankly... blatant.

I've not visited for 2 years due to silver haired member of staff on self scan section. Feel incredibly uncomfortable when he's there. At times the vibes he sends out are verging on menacing. To my dismay he's still there. Being friendly and open towards customers is a pre requisite of a good staff member. Shame he doesn't take a leaf out of other colleagues demeanour there

I would like to thank one of your colleagues, she is called Paula. Her and her husband had just returned to their car after shopping in store and obviously just finished work, my car had broken down on the carpark and they came to help me with some jump leads. Thank you for your help, such a kind couple x
